Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
Yes. You will have 30-days after the confirmed delivery date to request a refund and return unused items. Customer service is available to provide return delivery instructions. Refunds will not be offered for used candles, body sprays, or oils. If the candle has not been used or the oils are unopened, a refund (excluding shipping cost) will be offered.
For damaged/defective products, a photo is required with the request and must be initiated within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date and returned within 30 days. If a customer receives a damaged/defective product, a full refund (including shipping cost) will be granted.
